W Class Cushions at Kris Kringle Night Markets

The fabulous Kris Kringle Night Markets at Northcote Town Hall begin tonight.



Note - the market isn't running on Thursday 23rd December, so don't put off your visit too long!

W Class Cushions can be found on the Finki / Polly Pratt stall thanks to the generosity of kind hosts Jaylene and Anna.



Custom orders are being taken until 9th December and there'll be a selection ready for adoption every night of the market.

Mrs Beckinsale's Made It store is back in business and features three brand new W Class Cushion styles.


All online orders are custom made so be sure to place your order by 5th December to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

Are you thinking of giving (or receiving) a W Class Cushion for Christmas?


If you confirm your order by Sunday 7th November not only will you be guaranteed to receive your cushion at the time you want it, but you'll get it at the off-the-shelf price instead of the custom order price. That saves you five bucks!

The fabric choices available are:

Paisley
Rails
City Circle
Damask

You can choose the route number and destination, either authentic ones or something completely made up.

Christmas orders can be ready between 22nd Nov and 17th Dec depending on your needs.

Made It store closed for maternity leave

Mrs Beckinsale's online Made It store has closed until 15th November 2010. At 36 weeks pregnant I think it's time to stop taking custom orders for a few months!

We are sad to report that the hugely popular Geometric W Class Cushion has been retired.



Want to know why? Because after it was featured in Frankie we received so many orders that we've run out of the fabric!

Screenprinted kids tees

Our first venture into kids clothing - long-sleeved tees featuring screenprinted W Class trams.



These tops are all size 1 and 2 but requests for other sizes and colours can be made to order.

New style of screenprinted cards

These art cards feature Melbourne's iconic W Class trams, screenprinted onto reclaimed fabrics.



The cards features silks and poly satins along with textured and printed papers.



Cards are blank inside and an envelope is included.

Better than wholesale or consignment, Olive Grove is a co-op where makers keep 100% of the sales price of their goods. That's what I call support local craftspeople!

Starting in March you'll be able to browse Mrs Beckinsale's wares seven days a week at 159 Sydney Road, Brunswick.



Olive Grove has a brand new blog which doesn't quite have any posts yet, but follow it now and you'll know as soon as we start posting.

Routemaster Cushion - 8 Victoria (custom made)

A Routemaster Cushion recently custom made for a lass's boyfriend who used to ride the real thing to work.



The custom destination board was created digitally and printed on inkjet fabric. It lacks the rustic charm of the screenprinted route 38s and route 159s, but it gives the freedom to send your suishy bus wherever your heart desires.

My tribute is the Routemaster Cushion following route 38 through north London to Victoria Station.



The destination is screenprinted using a Gocco screen. Routemaster Cushions are also available with a route 159 screenprinted destination board.
